What our classes look like

Our method
  1. Warm-up
    01

We develop coordination, mobility, speed and body control through exercises suited to the dancers' age and level.

  2. Basic moves
    02

We introduce dancers to the basic moves and techniques of street dance styles.

Step by step, we build a solid dance foundation, a sense of rhythm and confidence in movement.

  3. Choreography, freestyle, artistic growth
    03

We link the moves we've learned into choreographies, develop improvisation skills (freestyle) and explore different ways of expressing ourselves through the body.

Through creative games and work with space, we encourage imagination, musicality and individual style.

  4. Stage preparation and performance
    04

We prepare dancers for performances, competitions, dance-theatre shows and music video shoots.

We work on stage presence, expressiveness and the ability to be part of a team.

Me as a teacher

Hi! I've been dancing since 2007 and teaching since 2017. I focus intensively on house and hip hop, but my interests extend to other styles as well.

I graduated in Performing Arts, Management and Production from Varna Free University "Chernorizets Hrabar" and also completed a specialised choreography academy. I studied classical ballet for 2 years and have taken classes with world-famous dancers such as Lando Wilkins, Kyle Hanagami, Brian Friedman, Keone and Mari, Shawn Evaristo and others, who have worked with artists like Jennifer Lopez, Ariana Grande, Blackpink and more.

In Bulgaria I've worked with stars such as Mihaela Fileva, Angel Kovachev, Diona and others. I've taken part in productions of the Varna Opera and Varna Dance Theatre, as well as numerous performances and shows.

Enough talk!

★★★★★

“A great place! My child loves going to hip-hop. Rumi is amazing — she knows how to connect with the kids and motivate them to give their best. The studio is nice and spacious. Highly recommended!”

Questions

Starting something new, like joining a dance group, can sometimes feel stressful — and that's completely normal. The important thing is simply to give it a try!

What should I wear to class?

It's important to feel comfortable and confident. Hip-hop dancers usually wear loose clothes — tracksuit bottoms and a top or T-shirt; some prefer something more fitted, like leggings. Never forget clean shoes worn only indoors — trainers or sneakers.

I'm worried I won't be able to do all the moves.

Nobody expects you to be perfect in your first few classes. Every other dancer, and even the teacher, was once a beginner just like you. Take a deep breath and keep going!

How should I behave in the studio?

People in the studio have come to learn and train, but also to have fun. Leave your nerves behind and try to get to know the people in your group — you're sure to find something in common.

Can I rent the studio for my group?

Yes — available slots are shown and can be booked online in the booking portal.
